3. Delivery Policy

  • We offer local delivery within 30 miles of Armonk, NY.

  • Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed 12 hours before.

  • Specific delivery time requests are considered but not guaranteed.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details.

If no one is available at the delivery address, we may leave the flowers in a safe place, with a neighbor, or attempt redelivery (fees may apply).

4. Substitution Policy

Due to seasonal availability and supply fluctuations, we may substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and quality of the arrangement.

5. Returns & Refunds

We take pride in the quality of our flowers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase:

  • We may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.

  • Photos may be required for quality review.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Workshops & Events

  • Booking is confirmed upon payment.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2days in advance for a full refund.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
