A1: You can place an order through our website, by phone, or by visiting our storefront in Armonk. We accept all major credit cards for payment, and orders must be placed by 12 PM for same-day delivery.

Q2: Can I cancel my order?

A2: Yes, orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. After this period, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team promptly to cancel your order.

Q3: What happens if my flowers are not fresh or if there’s an issue with my order?

A3: We guarantee the freshness of our flowers. If you’re not satisfied with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

A1: We provide same-day delivery in Armonk, Westchester, and Greenwich, Connecticut. If you’re outside these areas, feel free to contact us to explore additional delivery options.

A2: Orders placed by 12 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders received after this time will be processed for delivery the following business day. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, but we aim to meet your needs as closely as possible.
