A1: You can place an order through our website, by phone, or by visiting our storefront in Armonk. We accept all major credit cards for payment, and orders must be placed by 12 PM for same-day delivery.
Q2: Can I cancel my order?
A2: Yes, orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. After this period, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team promptly to cancel your order.
Q3: What happens if my flowers are not fresh or if there’s an issue with my order?
A3: We guarantee the freshness of our flowers. If you’re not satisfied with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
